Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return window begins on the date of confirmed delivery per tracking information. If tracking is unavailable, the window begins 7 days after the order shipment date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Partial Refunds Items returned in a condition that differs from how they were received (e.g., missing tags, signs of wear) may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion. We will notify you if this applies to your return.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted (typically within 3–5 business days of us receiving it), make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@bagratica.com.
